Get Support ParaFX.com has received rave reviews from our clients and partners on our support facilities.  Although we do not offer support via phone, we do offer support in many other ways. ParaFX.com offers complete free support for all clients via Email.  We are also working to add other contact methods where we can provide our customers support and customer service not from a support rep, but rather directly from system administrators.   Support Hours Our Support hours are in EST time zone and are as follows (excluding holidays):               Monday - Friday*   9:00am - 12:00am       Saturday *   10:00am - 6:00pm       Sunday   CLOSED                   * excludes holidays.  Holiday hours are posted on our website main page                 Sunday is used by our NetOps to perform admin work.  As our support responses are directly from system administrators, Sunday is a day reserved for system admins to carry out other admin tasks. All systems and services are fully monitored 24/7 including on holidays.

support@parafx.com	ParaFX.com most recommends emailing our support department for your inquires.  All support inquiries are guaranteed to be responded to within 24 hours.  Our present average response time is less than 2 hours. Support responses come direct from the company owners and administrators, so you can be assured that the response is accurate.
Submit Support Ticket Now Our support submission form has been disabled for the foreseeable future to reduce abuse activity. Our support department will provide assistance and reply to any inquiries.  You can email our support department from any valid email address.  You do not have to specifically email from an address associated with your hosting services. Simply email:  support @ parafx.com for assistance. To help us with your support inquiry, please include some crucial info such as: Your Name Email address to contact you at / reply to (default is to reply to email) Your Domain name / website address Details about your issue or question (Please feel free to provide as much info as you can so that we can best assist you) In some cases a client may employ a third party web developer or tech.   With client permission, we are happy to provide assistance to their web developer or tech.  Our support may request verification or confirmation from the service owner before disclosing service information.
